- Are short-term stays possible?
- In addition to Ten to Ten APARTMENT we also run a guesthouse called
Ten to Ten in Sapporo and can accommodate short-term stays, however as this is dependent on vacancies please get in touch with us beforehand.
- What will I need to bring with me for my stay?
- You can move in with just a bag if you like! We provide the basic necessities such as appliances and furniture in our common spaces. However, furnishings (beds, covers, curtains etc.) will need to be provided by the tenant In addition we also have a range of supplementary rental furniture and furnishings on hand to suit your needs.
- Is it possible to bring my own furniture?
- Yes, you can bring your own furniture to furnish your room. If at the end of your stay you have any appliances etc. that you wish to dispose of please speak to a member of staff with regards to how we can assist you.
- Due to work etc. I will be returning late, is there a curfew?
- There is no curfew and you are free to come and go as you please, though we ask that you are considerate to other residents when coming and going whilst others are sleeping and avoid loud activities etc.
- Are there female tenants?
- Of course!
In addition, at our GAKUENMAE and MARUYAMA there are female only floors available.
- Do the rooms have keys?
- Yes, every room has an individual key.
- How is the catering system set up?
- Unfortunately we do not offer any catering service, however all share houses are fully equipped with a communal kitchen to prepare your meals.
- How is cleaning managed?
- We ask all residents to help do their share of cleaning the share house. Ten to Ten APARTMENT MARUYAMA is serviced twice weekly by cleaning personnel.
- Do you have events?
- We hold a welcome party for all our new arrivals. As well as this, there are events throughout the year such as cherry blossom viewing, camping etc. which you are free to take part in.
- What kind of people have you had stay with you in the past?
- Over half of those who come to stay with us are first time residents of a share house, and come from all different walks of life. We have some interviews with residents available on the website, so please feel free to take a look at what they have to say about their experiences.
- What amenities are close by?
- All share houses are located within walking distance of subway stations and other everyday amenities such as supermarkets, convenience stores and restaurants. When guiding you around your new accommodation we will also inform you about the local area.
