先日の、Wagayaクリスマスパーティの様子を少しお届け♪
Here are some photos from the Wagaya Christmas party.

さてさてみなさん、いよいよ年の瀬。2018年もあと3日で終わってしまいます。
Here we are, it is nearly the end of this year. We only have three days left until the new year.

みなさんはどんな一年をお過ごしでしたでしょうか？
How was this year for you?


年を越したのがつい最近のようで、一年の終わりに実感がなかなか湧かないですね。
It feels like it was only yesterday we welcomed 2018 and spent the New Year's vacation so it feels quite strange.




今年も終わり、という事で今回のブログでは2018年のWagayaを少し振り返ってみようと思います～！
This year is almost over, so this time in this blog, I woud like to do a throwback to 2018!

5月末に引っ越してきた一住人の、私のストーリーを少しご覧ください♪

それは5月22日の夕方。
it was on May 22nd, at dusk.


スーツケースにリュックサック１個背負って、私はWagayaへと引っ越しました。
With one suitcase and backpack, I started my life in Wagaya.

とっても懐かしい！
Bring back memories..!



布団も用意していなかった私はその後三日間をマットレスの上で、布団なしで過ごしました。
（これから入居される方で希望の方は、事前にお布団ご用意するのでご安心ください。）
I spent the first three days only with the mattress without a futon, or blanket because I didn't prepare them in advance.
(For those who will move in to Wagaya from now, please don't worry about futon. We can get your futon ready when you will move in if you want.)


そのころリビングはこんな感じにリフォーム途中。
Meanwhile, the remodeling of the living room was on going like this.

4階の401号室を仮のリビングとして過ごしていました。
We were using the room 401 as a temporary living room during the time.

「ここが私の新しい家になるのか…」なんて当時は不安に感じたかもしれませんが、
会ってすぐにキッチンにまで案内してくれたじゅんきさん
一緒にゲームをしてくれたコウくん
他にもフレンドリーに話しかけてくれた住人のお陰で、
すぐに溶け込めたことを覚えています。
"This is my new place now..". Looking back, I might have been feeling a bit of anxious like that,
but Junki helped me and showed me around in the sharehouse,
and Ko invited me and we played Mario Kart together.
Thanks to residents who welcomed me and were talking to me friendly
I was able to settle in quickly and get alone with the residents of Wagaya.

そしてリビングが完成に近づいたタイミングでプレオープンパーティーをして…
Then, when the remodeling was close to the end, we held a pre-opening party,


Wagayaでの生活が本格的になりました。
I feel like that was the time my life in Wagaya became real in a sense

リビング完成！
The living room was finally finished!

シェアハウスでの生活に飽きはありません。
引っ越してからというもの、みんなでいくつもの思い出を作りました。
There is no way that I would get bored of my life at the sharehouse.
After moving in, I made so many memories with the residents.


ある日には北大祭りにみんなで行ったり、
One day, we went to a festival at Hokkaido University together.

たこやきパーティーをしたり
One day, we made Takoyaki for dinner

テラスハウスごっこしたり(笑)
And made a video like the opening of terrace house haha

出会って１か月で、シェアメイトと東京旅行なんてしたり
I even went on a travel to Tokyo with some sharemates only a month after we met.

夏は暑くて暑くて、具合が悪くなるほど
Summer was terribly hot so that we got sick from it,

みんなで頑張って暑さをしのいで
but we endured and endured with some big fans in the living room continuously on

本当に本当にたくさんの思い出が出来ました。
We made so many memories.



時には意見のぶつかり合いや、辛い時期なんかもありました。
Sometimes, we had clashes of opinions, and had hard times.

でもその度に乗り越えて
However, we got over it every time we encountered.

そしてシェアハウスに住んでいるおかげで、沢山の出会いがあり、
What is more, thanks to this environment, I had so many encounters,

別れがありました。
and goodbyes.

出会った住人みんなが、何気ない毎日を、彩りある豊かなものにしてくれました。
Every resident I met added colours to my simple life.

どの人も個性的で、夢があって、一生懸命で、
時には自分の背中を押してくれました。
Every person has a different characteristic and a dream, and they work hard and make effort every day to get closer to it.
Every now and then, my sharemates encouraged me to try and cheered me up when I needed that support.



出会えたおかげでわかった自分の弱さだったり、
Because I met them, I came to realize my weakness that I was not that aware,


「その個性いいじゃん！失くしたらもったいないよ」
なんて、自信や勇気を与えてくれる
"I like the attitude! You should cherish that characteristic."
Like this, they are such special people in my life

私の人生の中で、かけがえのない人たち
who give me confidence and courage.
